I was captivated by the stunning sea views from my room! The sound of the waves was an enchanting backdrop to my stay. Plus, being just steps away from the sandy beach made my mornings simply magical.

the b&b is super cozy and located right on the promenade, with amazin views of the bay from our room 7. loved the huge walk-in shower n comfy towels. breakfast was the best part, really filling and tasty. also, they friendly let us hang in the tv lounge with a great view, great place to chill after a long day!

the bathroom wasn’t en suite which was a bit annoying. also, the parking was a bit tight.

The location was perfect, with the beach just across the street. The park in front offered a lovely place to relax after a long day of exploring.

The breakfast options felt limited for a guest house with such great potential.

my stay at forth bay was fantastic! the location is right by the beach and close to shops and a playpark. the family room was super comfy, and i loved the hot shower in the en suite. breakfast was tailored for me by the really friendly owners, which made my day. i also enjoyed relaxing in the resident's lounge with a great view of the bay.

Just a good pick for a concise stay in Leven (Fife) with fantastic value for money. The hosts were really welcoming and made an effort to serve quality food for breakfast. Make sure to check the shower plumbing when using it.

I appreciated the excellent location near the beach. The shared lounge provided a nice space to connect with fellow guests. I enjoyed the warm welcome from our host during our stay.

I found the shower pressure lacking. There was a bit of a wait at breakfast due to other guests.

Great stay with friendly vibes

I spent 4 nights here while on a trip to St Andrews. Super lovely owners and my dog loved it too! The sea view from my room was a total treat every morning. Breakfast was delicious, especially with the picnic area to enjoy it outside. Only wish the wifi was stronger. Can't wait to come back again!
